are your stickers waterproof and scratch proof?

yes, all our stickers are manufactured to last a very long time especially if handled with love and care.

which size should I order?

for our wearable merchandise: tees, hoodies, etc. – our usual fit offering is oversized (unless stated otherwise)

there is an attached size guide on each wearable product page that should help you check your sizing

what payment methods do you accept?

we currently support these payment methods: GCASH, GOTyme Bank, Bank Transfers. 

our checkout process might require proof of payment by sending a copy of your receipt.

exchange & returns

how can I cancel my order?

while we encourage everyone to be sure with their orders to ensure a smooth process. In the event of order cancellations, when orders are not yet prepared or processed – cancellations or modifications can still be made.

how is the returns process?

all sales are final. no returns and exchanges can be made.

what if I receive the wrong/incomplete order?

although we ensure that this rarely happens, in the event that they do:

it is important to know that our process will require documentation – a video of opening/unpacking the order. 

send to our chat support the documentation (unpacking clip/video) that shows the incomplete order. 

please also indicate relevant information such as online receipts, name, and order number. from there our support team should discuss the due process for incorrect/incomplete orders.

when will my order ship?

as soon as your orders are received by our system, it should be shipped as soon as possible. our usual weekly ship outs are every friday. 

we are also asking for everyone's extended patience as we operate with a small team to handle our shipping processes.

how do I track my order?

you will receive an email from WE ARE STILL PRETTY that includes your tracking information.

how much are the shipping fees?

we operate on a fixed shipping price based on local locations.

At the moment, we only support local shipping. For Worldwide shipping, you may shop at our Singapore partner store.

Our preferred courier is J&T.
